At the annual ASA South West Region gala luncheon in Taunton last month Andrea Christmas won the South West Regions award for 'Providing the Coaching Environment of the Year'.

This was in recognition of the work Andrea does in Swindon organising the Teaching and Coaching courses for not only her club but for all the clubs in Swindon so that they can all benefit from local courses at reduced prices.

Several awards were given out to recognise the work put in by volunteers across the whole of the 8 counties that make it the region. Andrea was the only person from Wiltshire to receive an award at this prestigious event.
